The WPF PrintDialog.ShowDialog() dialog box has a "preview" control, but there is no way to feed it with content. This appears to be completely unsupported. Instead it says "This App does not support print preview" which is true, but pretty judgey considering it is the WPF API that does not "support print preview".
I cannot find any help on Microsoft's site or anywhere else.
