Time running but unable to play

Hi guys, in the game above, now i see that the last move for white was 16.Nf3, but i could only see that move after i lost by time controls, my time was running, but the last move was my 15..h6 and i couldn't move even though my time was running.

i'm sorry if this is the wrong place to report this.

Steps to reproduce the bug

don't know how it happen, first time for me

What did you expect to happen?

i expected to see the opponent move and be able to move while my time was running, but i didn't and couldn't

What happened instead?

instead, my time ran out while i clicked a lot of pieces, doing legal moves, but seeing a previous position (i never saw the last white move until after i lost by time controls)
