Enter sends inputs instead of inserting the word when using an IME

When using an IME in the Playground, pressing enter sends the incomplete content instead of inserting the word, leaving the word in the input box.

shift+enter works well, but the behavior of enter does not match the behavior in GitHub Copilot.
